Hi, I'm Paul,
I'm 45 years old (2024) and I've spent over half my life in a cell for a crime I did not commit.

The words "I'm innocent" are easily uttered, frequently spoken, and usually fall on deaf ears. I learned this fact early in my "death row journey," but unfortunately when I arrived here to Florida's death row I was armed with nothing more than those words and a steadfast determination to overcome the huge hurdle in my path home.

I quickly had to acknowledge the brutal reality that mere words would always fail to resonate, I knew I had to begin the slow process of educating myself and learn how to demonstrate my innocence in a tangible way.

After more than 2 decades, lots of hard work, earning my diploma in paralegal studies, and MANY factual developments in my case that underscores my innocence, I'm confident in my ability to illustrate my innocence to anyone who will view the full array of facts and hear me out.

With this platform I intend to share the story of my wrongful conviction, give people a sense of who I was, who I've become, and what I strive to achieve against extremely long odds.

At the outset, I want to express a heartfelt thank you to everyone who lends me an open ear and invests your time and emotion into knowing my plight.
